Relay fun!

Good Morning,
This past weekend, the Middlebury Panthers met up with the Ephs of Williams in a fun dual meet of mixed relays. Each school put together relays consisting of one male and one female from each squad. The women ran a total of 5k (legs of 2k and 3k) and the men ran a total of 7k (legs of 2k, 2k, and 3k). It was non-scoring event - no uniforms or timing, just a good, fun workout. Midd had a lot of fun pairing up siblings Stanis & Elyse Moody-Roberts.

We are looking forward to another great week of training this week still heavy on both quality and quantity.

We will be hosting our only home meet of the season, the Panther Invite. The women race at 1:00 and the men race at 2:00.
We will be hosting a team pot-luck in the athletic facilities after the awards are given out. The parents of our captains are taking a lead in organizing foods for the party. If you are planning on coming or would like to contribute, please contact Kathy Murphy via e-mail at: KAPMGO@aol.com. Her son is Peter Murphy.

Have a great week! Looking forward to seeing everyone soon!
Best,
Nicole
